Grandparents: Kandiah and Sivahamippillai

Great grandparents: Kandiah's father - Eliyathamby
Sivahamippillai's parents - Vaithialingam & Letchumippillai

Kandiah had one brother Ramanathan
Sivahamippillai had two sisters, Muthachchi and Sivakkolunthu
Sivakkolunthu died in Colombo in October 2002, aged 92

Sivahamippillai had 4 uncles
They are Vaithialingam's brother Suppiah, and
Letchumippillai's brothers Shanmugam, Sivaguru, and Sabapathy

About the Family Roots

Illayathamby is from Batticaloa. While one of his sons Ramanathan settled in Batticaloa, Kandiah migrated to Sandilippay, Jaffna.
